1500 M² INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION FACILITY

This 1,500 m² heavy industrial production facility required highly precise structural steel detailing to ensure a rapid and seamless erection process. Using Tekla Structures, we developed a fully connected, clash-free LOD 400 3D model of the complete portal frame system, including heavy roof trusses, purlins, and complex bracing connections.

Our comprehensive detailing package provided the fabricator with millimeter-accurate shop drawings, erection plans, and ready-to-use CNC data (NC1 files). By delivering highly accurate Advance Bill of Materials (ABM) early in the process, we empowered the client to optimize their steel procurement and completely eliminated costly on-site modifications.
