Questions

We offer flexible pricing models tailored to your project scope: fixed price per ton (standard for industrial buildings), fixed lump-sum per drawing set, or hourly rates for dynamic projects with frequent design revisions. Every quote comes with a transparent scope breakdown.

Yes. For new partnerships, we can start with a standalone, paid milestone—such as a single framing zone, plant room, or secondary steel package. This allows your technical team to audit our Tekla modeling standards, NC/DSTV machine integration, and delivery compliance on commercial terms before committing to full-scale fabrication runs.

All discrepancies and connection questions are documented through formal RFI logs with clear 3D Tekla snapshots for rapid engineer approval. Minor revisions are accommodated within the project cycle; major design changes are communicated with estimated impact on schedule before execution.

Absolutely. Protecting your proprietary design data, structural calculations, and client relationships is our priority. We routinely sign bilateral NDAs before receiving tender packages or engineering files.

Delivery schedules depend on tonnage and complexity. For standard industrial buildings (200–500 tons), initial anchor bolt and general arrangement (GA) drawings are typically submitted within 5–7 business days, followed by phased fabrication packages aligned with your shop floor schedule.

Technical

Questions

Our core modeling environment is Tekla Structures for LOD 400 detailing and fabrication data generation. For connection engineering and structural checks, we utilize IDEA StatiCa. BIM coordination and clash verification are conducted via Trimble Connect and Autodesk Navisworks.

Yes. All models, edge distances, weld preparations, and tolerances strictly adhere to EN 1993 (Eurocode 3) and EN 1090-2 execution classes (EXC2 and EXC3), ensuring seamless CE marking compliance for European fabricators.

A complete fabrication-ready package includes:

  • General Arrangement (GA) & Erection plans (PDF/DWG)

  • Single-part and Assembly shop drawings (PDF/DWG)

  • Direct CNC data: NC and DSTV files for automated cutting/drilling lines

  • DXF files for CNC plate cutting

  • Bill of Materials (BOM), assembly bolt lists, and shipping manifests (Excel/PDF)

Yes. In addition to detailing predefined joints, our engineering team designs and verifies moment-resisting, shear, and complex splice connections using IDEA StatiCa, delivering comprehensive Eurocode-compliant calculation reports for engineer of record (EOR) sign-off.

We export coordinate-aligned IFC models to collaborate with architectural, concrete, and MEP teams. Multi-disciplinary clash detection runs prior to shop drawing generation, preventing on-site welding or drilling rework.

Billing

Questions

We primarily invoice in Euros (EUR), with options for USD or GBP depending on your operational preference. Payments are settled via direct international SEPA / SWIFT business bank wire transfers to our corporate accounts.

For standard projects, we structure payments around clear milestones: an initial deposit upon project kick-off, an interim stage upon approval of general arrangement (GA) drawings, and the balance upon delivery of final fabrication packages (NC files and shop drawings). For long-term contract partners, we offer net-14 or net-30 billing cycles.

All services are billed internationally with complete corporate tax documentation. Under international trade and cross-border engineering service rules, invoices to EU businesses are processed with zero-rated export VAT / reverse charge mechanisms, ensuring smooth integration with your local corporate accounting.

Routine detailing adjustments identified during review are included in the base package. For structural modifications or architectural changes occurring after model freeze, we submit a clear Variation Order (VO) detailing the hourly impact or tonnage adjustment for your approval before execution.

For tonnage-based contracts, the billable weight is derived directly from the verified Bill of Materials (BOM) generated by Tekla Structures. This provides 100% mathematical transparency, ensuring you are billed strictly for the steel profiles, plates, and assemblies modeled.
