Scope:

3D Modeling, Shop Drawings & CNC Data

Engineered to support heavy mining equipment maintenance in Western Australia, this robust 2,500 m² industrial workshop demands exceptional structural integrity. Modeled meticulously to LOD 400 utilizing Tekla Structures, the facility features a high-capacity multi-bay framing system, integrated heavy-duty equipment platforms, and extensive perimeter cross-bracing to withstand severe regional wind loads.

Our detailing package was developed in strict compliance with the AS 4100 Australian standard. We executed complex clash detection for the heavy moment-resisting connections, detailed extensive floor grating and handrail systems for the operational platforms, and generated precise DSTV/NC1 files. This comprehensive 3D coordination eliminated site welding requirements, ensuring rapid and safe bolt-up assembly in a remote operational environment.
