Engineered for an expansive industrial operations hub in Dortmund, this 5,000 m² facility features a continuous three-bay multi-span portal frame configuration. Detailed strictly to LOD 400 standards using Tekla Structures, the technical complexity centered on coordinating internal valley beam connections, integrated roof drainage slopes, and high-capacity longitudinal bracing systems.

Our structural detailing package resolved column-to-rafter knee joints, valley gutter purlin overlaps, and heavy crane runway brackets directly within the 3D model. We provided the steel fabricator with comprehensive erection sequencing drawings, automated DSTV NC1 files for automated saw and drill lines, and full bill of materials (BOM), ensuring millimetre-accurate shop assembly and rapid site erection without field rework.
