2000 M² INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION PLANT & 3-TIER MEZZANINE

Project Type:

Precision Manufacturing Hall & Multi-Tier Mezzanine

Location:

Stuttgart (Baden-Württemberg), Germany

Tonnage :

215 Tons

Software:

Tekla Structures (LOD 400)

Scope:

3D Modeling, Shop Drawings & CNC Data

Engineered for an automotive component manufacturing facility in the Stuttgart industrial corridor, this 2,000 m² facility showcases the integration of a wide-span production hall with a rigid 3-tier internal mezzanine. Detailed to LOD 400 utilizing Tekla Structures, the primary structural challenge lay in managing differential deflections between the flexible portal roof frames and the stiff, heavy-load floor grids supporting automated CNC machinery and administrative spaces.

Our structural detailing package incorporated moment-resisting beam-to-column connections, acoustic and vibration-damping perimeter details, and integrated vertical access systems including industrial stair towers and safety handrails. All structural members were designed and verified in accordance with DIN EN 1993, delivering automated DSTV/NC1 sawing and drilling data, nested plate layouts, and phase-coded erection packages that guaranteed zero interference on site
