The primary structural detailing challenge was resolving unilateral wind overturning and severe uplift forces characteristic of northern coastal climates. Our BIM engineering team detailed stiffened moment-resisting column base connections with heavy anchor bolt arrangements, paired with integral knee-braced rafter nodes and planar roof X-bracing to achieve full diaphragm action.
