5000 M² MULTI-SPAN LOGISTICS FACILITY

This 5,000 m² multi-span logistics complex demanded comprehensive, high-precision structural detailing to accommodate vast open bays and heavy crane loadings. Using Tekla Structures (LOD 400), we detailed a fully integrated structural system featuring multi-bay portal frames, specialized roof truss geometries, and heavy-duty longitudinal bracing.

Our detailing package delivered clash-free shop drawings, accurate erection sequences, and direct CNC fabrication files (NC1). By resolving complex connection geometries and purlin overlaps in the digital twin prior to fabrication, we secured zero on-site fit-up delays and accelerated overall steel erection.
