Engineered for an advanced textile spinning and synthetic fiber manufacturing facility in Jeddah’s primary industrial zone, this multi-tier structural steel tower is designed for vertical raw material feeding and heavy machinery maintenance. Modeled to exhaustive LOD 400 detail within Tekla Structures, the slender framework incorporates dense structural cross-bracing to safely isolate continuous dynamic vibrations from spinning equipment while resisting severe coastal wind loads.

The most critical detailing challenge centered on the heavy cantilevered monorail hoist beam (highlighted in yellow), engineered for hoisting heavy raw material bales and mechanical spinning components to upper operational tiers. Our BIM package provided comprehensive dynamic load transfer calculations, clash-free detailing around internal chute systems, and automated DSTV/NC1 files. This ensured seamless shop fabrication and zero-rework modular bolt-up erection on site
